The Plug and Abandonment Luncheon (P&A) is a focused half-day event developed to highlight opportunities and risks in the P&A space and the solutions emerging to reuse risks and costs. The goal of the event is to connect operators with technology and foster discussion. The scope will include the legal issues encountered during the P&A process and the State/Federal regulatory rules/framework; specifically looking at liability for those in the chain of federal title Also, in-scope are emerging technologies (tools and techniques) that improve P&A effectively and reduce costs. The event has been structured to be a highly interactive roundtable with end-user presentations supported by vendor exhibitions and emerging technologies sessions.
